Dr. Altus sees patients in his office Monday thru Thursday between 12 pm and 5 pm.

The phone number for the office is 516-623-8700 and appointments can be scheduled by calling the office staff between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Thursday. Voicemail messages left for the staff outside of regular business hours will be answered the next business day.

Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 and go to their nearest emergency room. If a patient has an urgent need to speak to a doctor outside of regular office hours, they can call 516-623-8700 to reach Dr. Altus or his covering pulmonologist.
